The exciting goal of raising funds to continue to offer a quality classical Christian education at an affordable price is matched by our commitment to teach our students to love and serve our Anderson area neighbors through our annual DAY OF SERVICE.

This year we partner with five local ministries to put our love into action by meeting the needs of others on Friday, November 17th. We are excited to share because #newcovloves!

Below are links to our five area ministry partners with photos from this year’s Day of Service...

AIM/FOOD PANTRY

Lopez House + 2nd/3rd Grade

AIM is an efficient non-profit organization that meets the needs of struggling individuals and families in Anderson County. AIM was founded by churches to eliminate the duplication of assistance to those in need. For almost three decades, AIM has stabilized the community and continued to do so using its hand up, not hand out, philosophy. AIM is well known in the Upstate for giving hope and changing lives and continues to do so with unparalleled levels of energy, efficiency, and reliability.

THE LOT PROJECT

Rountree House + 4th/5th Grade

LOT Mission: Imagine a stronger, safer, life-giving community where everyone feels valuable and loved. Sadly, this isn’t the reality for our friends in Anderson’s transient population, and for the residents of Anderson’s low-income neighborhoods who are plagued with challenges like adequate affordable housing, transportation, access to healthy whole foods, basic needs like clothing & shoes, and health care.  The LOT Project is here to help, and we invite you to come along with us as we love, pursue, and support those in the greatest levels of need.  We invite you to explore new and creative solutions for our city’s toughest issues.

JOY COMES

Thames House + Kindergarten/1st Grade

Joy Comes exists simply to bring joy into dark or mundane situations. It is birthed from Psalm 30:5 “Sorrow may last for the night, but joy comes in the morning.” We hope to reach the lost, hurting, hungry and discouraged both in the United States and abroad. We intend to train disciples to effectively reach people in a way that brings joy and not condemnation.

WIDOWS WATCHMAN MINISTRY

Bills House + Preschool

The Watchman is the God of Scripture: the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob; the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. He is the LORD. He is Father, Son and Holy Spirit. God watches over the widows and He cares for them deeply. In the Scriptures, He tells us that He loves the widow as well as the orphan, the foreigner and the poor. "A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in his holy dwelling.” (Psalm 68:5, NIV) Our vision is to see the local widow served well, loved with dignity and held in high regard as our God and Father serves, loves and holds them.

Calvary Home for Children

Schole’

The mission of Calvary Home for Children is to provide help, hope, and home to abused and neglected children in Upstate South Carolina. Our goal is to build an exceptional community of nurturing foster homes for displaced children in the Upstate. We strive for every child to be nurtured in a welcoming, reliable, and Christ-centered home and be united with their family as a more physically, emotionally, relationally, and academically stable individual.
