Family Spotlight – The Bradshaws

Last August our family relocated from Florida and had only resided in Anderson for about a month and a half when we discovered New Covenant. We had been praying for the right educational fit for our family, when I happened to drive past the school one evening. Once home, I looked up information about the school, and within the week I had scheduled for our children to shadow for a day.The children came home from their visits excited, and eager to share what they had learned. Everyone we met that day was so kind and encouraging we knew right away this was a great fit for our family!

The mission of New Covenant, to present students complete in Christ, is exactly what we desire for our kids. On a daily basis I see or hear Katie (3rd grade), and Ben (7th grade) being taught what that means. As parents we recognize that New Covenant has created a culture where a biblical worldview permeates all aspects of their education. Calls to academic excellence in the classroom and good sportsmanship on the basketball court are used as opportunities to exemplify these biblical principles in their daily lives.

New Covenant is more than a school, it is a community! Older students and younger students get along so well and we see a sense of camaraderie no matter the difference in age. Teachers and families pour themselves into the lives of our kids without hesitation. Whenever we have needed an extra hand with rides for Ben and Katie there has always been someone to help.

We are so grateful that the Lord answered our prayers and led us to New Covenant!
