New Covenant School is blessed to announce that Mr. Mike Huguet has been hired to teach 4th grade for the up coming school year. Mr. Huguet will be familiar to many in the NCS family, as he previously taught 5th grade for us.
Mr. Huguet grew up in Louisiana, but has lived in the Upstate for 14 of the last 16 years. Mr. Huguet comes back to NCS having previously completed a B.S. in Human Resource Development and two Master’s degrees in Education from Bob Jones University. It was during graduate school that he met his wife, Beka. Mr. and Mrs. Huguet have two sons, Reagan (4) and Alexander (born in 2016).
Mr. Huguet has four years of classroom experience, teaching both 5th and 6th grades. For the last three years he has been employed at BJU Press and has worked on producing three distance learning courses, both on and off camera.
Mike serves as a deacon at Concord Community Church and teaches regularly there. He enjoys reading, playing guitar, being outdoors, and swimming with his family. He also loves to cook Cajun food for his family. Mr. Huguet is excited to return to New Covenant School to help students love to learn.
Please join us as we welcome Mr. Huguet back to our school!
