Anna Fortune graduated from New Covenant School in 2011. One of her fondest memories of NCS was the medical mission trip to the Dominican Republic. The students and faculty provided free medical care to one community there and experienced welcoming fellowship and housing from the sponsoring church. Since graduation, Anna has been a student at Covenant College. Her major initially was Community Development but during her sophomore year she elected to change her major to Interdisciplinary Studies, which includes Community Development, Art and Marketing. She feels that her education at New Covenant School provided a good foundation for the academic challenges of college.
In the spring of her sophomore year at Covenant, she became engaged to Will Malone, also a Covenant College student. They will be married this May. Anna will continue her education at Covenant in the fall while Will, who graduates this May, grows his photography business.
